Secretary-Treasurer
Primary duties of the Secretary are to record minutes of monthly conference calls of the Division Excom, minutes of the meeting of Excom at the annual meeting, and the minutes of the annual business meeting. Secretary prepares a year-end report for presentation at the annual business meeting. The primary duty of the Treasurer is to manage the NED checking account and NED investment account, pay NED bills, and file a yearly tax report (generally a post-card size form). The Treasurer prepares a report for the annual business meeting. The term of office is for two years starting in August 2016.
Vice President
The primary duties are to participate as a member of the planning committee for the Northeast Fish and Wildlife Conference, and serve as Chair of the NED membership committee. The term of office is one year starting in August 2016, with promotion to President-elect in 2017 and President in 2018.

Eligibility Requirements
- Nominees for Vice President must have attended an annual meeting of NED or served as Chapter President or Division-level committee chair within the last five years.
- All candidates must be Society members in good standing.
