Will you be bringing any guests to the conference (i.e., family, spouse, etc.)?

All friends and family of AIC conference-goers are welcome at our tables! We will need to let the venue know ahead of time if they will be joining us for any meals. There will be a separate fee, to be determined with the venue prior to the conference, for adding non-conference guests to our meal counts.

Are there any dietary restrictions venue staff should be aware of? If so, please list them below.

Folks always want to connect after the conference, but sometimes information fails to get exchanged! We would like to create a conference directory to foster better connection within our chapter!

Would you be interested in helping us to judge student presentations?(Required)

We will need 3-5 judges to judge oral and poster presentations based upon pre-determined criteria. Many thanks to those who volunteer!
